My recent stay at Merry House Imperia in Hai Phong City was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, with a special shoutout to a team member who was exceptionally attentive to our needs, providing us with cold glasses of water promptly - a small gesture that made a big difference. The fully equipped room featured a large fridge stocked with beverages, a wide-screen TV with Netflix capability, and a convenient washing machine, making our stay comfortable and convenient.The location near Vincom Mall was a huge plus, offering easy access to shopping and entertainment options. The modern amenities, including the automatic bidet seat and a relaxing bath tub, added a touch of luxury to our experience. The view outside our room was breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.One of the highlights was the excellent customer service provided by the host, Mrs Ngọc Giang, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. From assisting with requests for our elderly and young family members to providing quick and kind responses, her attention to detail was truly appreciated.The spacious and airy room was complemented by the daily housekeeping service, keeping everything neat and tidy. The complimentary laundry service was a nice touch, allowing us to travel light and enjoy our time exploring the nearby shops and restaurants without any worries.Merry House Imperia exceeded our expectations with its combination of modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service.
